- Yes. I provide secure telehealth appointments for psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and follow-up care.
- Do I need to be in Illinois for my telehealth appointment?
- Yes. Patients must be located in Illinois at the time of their appointment.
- Do you provide medication management?
- Yes. Medication management is a central part of care when clinically appropriate, alongside education and collaborative decision-making.
- What insurance plans do you accept?
- I am in network with select Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna/Evernorth plans. Cigna EAP may also be accepted depending on the plan. Superbills are available for eligible out-of-network patients.
- How much is a self-pay appointment?
- Self-pay fees are $300 for an initial psychiatric evaluation and $175 for a standard follow-up visit.
